These are very heavy duty bag made from HDPE material commonly known as Tyvek or Kraft paper. Unlike paper, this material are durable.
The high density polyethylene fibers gives it a paper-like feel to it. It is water resistant and tear resistant.
The exterior of the bag is covered with PVC material making them water-proof. Don't submerge in water though! These bags will last a long time with proper care
